5. Who we share data with
We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited personal data with:
- Our website and email service providers, who process data on our behalf under written contracts;
- Professional advisers (such as lawyers, accountants and insurers) where necessary; and
- Regulators, law enforcement and other authorities where we are required or permitted by law to do so.
Where our providers process personal data outside the UK, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as UK adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses with the UK addendum.
6. How long we keep data
We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes set out above and to meet legal, accounting or reporting requirements. Email correspondence is typically retained for up to 24 months from the last contact, unless a longer period is required by law.
7. Your rights
Under UK data protection law, you have the right to: access your personal data; ask us to correct it; ask us to delete it; object to, or restrict, certain processing; and, in some circumstances, port your data. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw that consent at any time.

You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk if you are unhappy with how we handle your personal data. We would, however, appreciate the chance to deal with your concerns before you approach the ICO.
8. Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure. Access to personal data is limited to those who have a business need to know it.
